Dr. Isabelle Falardeau is originally from Montreal, Quebec, and moved to British Columbia in 2020. With a lifelong love of animals, she began working and volunteering in the veterinary field from an early age and always knew that becoming a veterinarian was the path she wanted to follow. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in 2019.

After graduating, Dr. Isabelle spent much of her veterinary career working in emergency medicine, while also gaining experience in general practice and veterinary telehealth. Through these different areas of veterinary medicine, she developed a deep appreciation for supporting both pets and the people who love them through some of their most difficult moments.

Dr. Isabelle joined Lifting Stars Veterinary Homecare in 2026, where she feels privileged to support families through their pet’s end-of-life journey. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and guidance while helping make their final moments together as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Isabelle loves spending time outdoors with her family and her two dogs. She enjoys running, hiking and camping, and making the most of everything beautiful British Columbia has to offer.
