Bali

Bali, Bali Boo Boo, Pooh.

Bali was my very first dog and my very best friend for the last 17 years. She was incredibly smart and always seemed to know exactly how to get what she wanted—especially when it came to treats! Somehow, she could charm anyone into giving her a snack with just one look.

I brought Bali home from Quebec when she was only 8 weeks old. A few years later, we moved to Ontario together, where she learned English right alongside me. Then, three years ago, we made our biggest adventure yet: moving to British Columbia.

We drove across North America through the United States, stopping at National Parks along the way. Bali was there for every chapter of my life, always by my side.

She absolutely loved living in BC, especially being so close to the beach. She found joy in the simple things and made friends wherever she went. Bali was loved by so many people, and when she passed, the outpouring of love and messages from
friends, family, and acquaintances was a true reflection of how many lives she touched.

Bali wasn’t just a dog—she was family, my constant companion, and one of the greatest loves of my life. After 17 wonderful years together, saying goodbye is incredibly difficult, but I am so grateful for every moment we shared.

She will always be in my heart.

Forever loved. Forever missed.

With love,
